What to have ready
- Your ZIP code and the year your home was built, if you know it
- What you are seeing: leaks, rusty water, low pressure or an insurance request
- The pipe you can see at the water heater or under a sink, if you can check
- The number of bathrooms and whether the home is one or two stories
